"My firm have had a terrible experience with these people. They did not deliver what they committed to and were given ample time to get their act together. In total I believe they provided 3 contact names over the course of a year not one of which I would consider as a qualified lead. They had initially told me they would generate multiple leads on a monthly basis but this was not the case. They were asked to refund the substantial money we paid them on account of non performance but refused to do so. Their personnel kept changing as well and no senior management even bothered to call me to discuss our arrangement despite letting them know if my dissatisfaction for a period that was ongoing for nine months. We work with other similar businesses who provide much better results at a fraction of the cost. I strongly recommend to look elsewhere and avoid these people."
