"Avoid. I would give zero rating if possible. I made an appointment with SMP and the day before I called 3 different times to speak with someone just to confirm the appointment again (I already had a confirmation email) as I was taking time off work. I got through to nobody but I assumed everything was fine as I had a confirmation email stating that the booking is made. I arrived nearly 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and could not find anyone to speak with. Waited 20 minutes in total and after a few more failed phone calls I had to leave. Disappointed with this terrible service. I will avoid in future and tell others to do the same."
