"Brought my dog here for a nail trim, groomer carried out the service but not in a way I expected. No patience with my dog whatsoever, shouting at my dog, tapping him on the head and pushing him around on the grooming table when he didn’t want to stand, yelling at the other dogs who are barking and having a dog freely roam around that was bothering my dog. I asked for my dog to be muzzled as he doesn’t like nail trimming and my request was ignored until later when my dog was visibly uncomfortable."
