"We were upgraded to Oscar Wilde Suite and it was unique. The bed is super comfy. The staff is all very helpful and nice, we were asking about the banking hall and they just grab a key give us a tour, so sweet Love the breakfast, the breakfast is full of variety. The concierge David help us book a local tour with Wild Rover Tour company and give us lots of valuable advices for rainy cloudy day travel. Location is super convenient, there's lots of good restaurants and bars near by. Train Station Tara St is just few minutes away. Love Love Love Westin Dublin. Don't forget to check out Mint Bar & Atrium restaurant, it's gorgeous."
"We loved at the Westin in Dublin. First, this is a great hotel if you want accessibility to the city center. We were able to walk to many historical sights from this hotel. Second, the hotel staff was amazing! The atrium restaurant is not to be missed. We had a lovely late night meal there with some Tipsy Tea ( a signature drink) and then an afternoon tea before check out that was just delightful. This Westin did not have the most comfortable beds and could use some new towels. However, 5 stars because I overlooked this things thanks to the amazing treatment we received and the lovely memories we have now. We were granted an early check in (as Platinum members) and a late check out which worked perfectly with our travel plans. During our stay in Ireland, this hotel was the most expensive out of 3 hotels we stayed at. However, the early/late check out and accessibility to the city made it worthwhile. We received water and chocolates upon arrival and at turn down. These were much appreciated. We would return!"
"Service quality below the Westin standard, or of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast staff were slow and ‘lost’ when asked questions. Our room was not serviced at 4pm - after we walked in to the surprise of the cleaner then they asked us to come back in 2min. Small things like the clock time was 8 hours out. I’m sure The Westin will use the excuse of ‘sorry we are short staffed due to COVID’, if that’s the case stop charging $800 a room if you can’t deliver the service. Dublin Westin, you need to review your service staff ASAP"
"We went for afternoon tea and had a blast. The food was absolutely delicious. We were even offered to take home all the lovely treats we could not finished. The staff was so lovely. Very present without being pushy. This place is a gem!"
"A perfect…. Nightmare! I was expecting a lot from this stay. The location of the hotel is excellent… BUT any all other aspects the hotel is a disaster. Our room (402) supposedly for two was outrageously small from the very small bed, if you stretch your arm, you can touch both walls, the service is a disaster : the room was not cleaned at 19.00. When advised the staff just nodded with not even a word of excuse. And of course was nowhere to be seen even if asked for…. Certainly busy to organise the mess! To put it in a nutshell , I highly recommend to choose any other hotel in Dublin but certainly not the Westin"
