"Eddie had a great first stay in the DSPCA hotel for 3 nights, which was an urgent last minute booking. He is a rescue of a year and an escape artist so I was nervous how it would go, but the staff were excellent and he came back as happy as he went in! I had added in his notes about his need to be on a lead (due to bad recall) and reiterated when handing over and it was noted and taken on board every step of the way. I even requested some feedback a week later, and Abbey came back straight away letting me know he was happy and stress free throughout his stay (just me that was nervous!), which again is a nod to their excellent service Will definitely be using the hotel again and may even look into the odd day of daycare for socialisation Thank you again to the team!!"
