"Pro's: First off, next day delivery is just amazing so kudos to BE for that service. My scooter was faulty, they sent TNT pretty quick to pick it up after a few phone calls and gave me option of a full refund/exhange so that's good. I got a discount code because of being a keyworker so that was nice. The Guys replied quickly on whatsapp too. Con's: Sent me the wrong colour scooter which is pretty amateurish but hey all black looked pretty good in the end. They sent me a European 2 pin plug with charger again amateurish. I rang them up day1 about it, they said we'll send correct one with goodies for the 2 mistakes but they didn't! Overall I would recommend BE but customer service could be improved upon going forward guys. Regards Tom."
