The pharmacist who gave the injection is lovely, takes the time to explain things making it a stress free painless process in a quiet side room. I am so grateful the team offer this service as I am ever so slightly above the NHS threshold for b12 injections and it has had a positive impact on my quality of life being able to still access them!
