"Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star an absolute shower of gangsters stay away at all costs had finance on a car for a year and they tried to charge me nearly 3 grand for finishing early went through many finance company’s before and was only ever €400 this company is a prime example of what is wrong with Ireland walking all over the average man when they get a chance on top of all this the attitude from the man I dealt with on the phone was an absolute disgrace and did not want to help me at all he made it very clear he did not care 1 bit and was only waiting for me to hang off the the phone AVOID AT ALL COSTS"
"Disgraceful attitude and treatment of customers. Applied for mortgage switch in March 2022, long periods of not hearing anything from Finance Ireland. In October 2022, one week away from completing the switch, Finance Ireland contacted to say they were immediately increasing their rates. There was a 5-6 weeks period between providing requested documentation and hearing anything back. Don't waste your time with this lender, all they'll do is mess you about."
"Mortgage application held up for over 2 months despite being presented clearly and concisely with full disclosure. Underwriting team will not respond to showstopper queries "as they are working from home" - poor messaging from this firm in terms of ease of process and working from home. No excuse! Should add we got full approval elsewhere within 2 weeks!"
