"Staff are polite and well intentioned (mostly) but service has become abysmal. I used to walk in and it was ready, no waiting. Every time now im told to come back in 15/20 minutes. Nothing is ever prepared before i get there, even if it was sent across days before. Staff will chat when there is a queue of 5+ people outside the door. Something has to change"

"Service has deteriorated massively over the last 6 months or so, there was always a bit of a wait but in the last few months it has become ridiculous, doesn’t seem to matter what time you go you can easily queue for 30 minutes, only to be told on reaching the front of the queue, that the prescription that was put in 4 or 5 days ago has not been made up yet, and asked to return in 20 minutes. Presumably this is due to staff shortages but it has been going on for so long now the blame really must lie at the managements feet."

"Awful. I've called over 20 times over 3 days to find out if they have my medication and they have not picked up the phone once. Half the time they don't have the medication in. And every time you go there is a queue and at least a 20 min wait, once you do get served, to get the medication. Certain members of staff are also incredibly rude and unhelpful"

"The staff are friendly and polite but they don't answer the phone if I ring to check if my prescription is ready for collection and then it usually takes ages for the staff to find it. They really could do with reorganizing the shop.or system they use."

"Staff are usually pleasant enough (although can be a little curt at times), however they often do not have prescriptions or there is some kind of mess up. The biggest problem however is the queues. My usual experience in most pharmacies is to pop in, wait a short few minutes and leave with prescription. The queues in this branch are something to behold. Rarely are you able to just pop in and out, often waiting an eternity to pick up medicine."
