Reviews
"Worst bank in the country, would be better keeping your money anywhere else"
"My card has been blocked twice in the last month, 1 for an β¬11 charge in McDonald's and 2nd one for a ZERO charge. The guys in the UK call centre refuse to assist and are incredibly unprofessional to deal with. If they can put a zero amount on a card on hold, I don't understand why they can't unblock their own absolutely pointless mistake. If transactions were bigger, it would make sense. Their phone text security has made both situations worse. The bank itself is good, the UK call centre staff are a bit useless."
