"Poorly customer service. Every time I go to collect monthly prescriptions i have to wait a bit till they find it. Today i went to collect the items aftrer receiving text msg informing items ready for collection..i have been given only one item out of 5. When i questioned about rest i have been told they are still out of stock and asked to comeback tomorrow with a bit of attitude which made me very uncomfortable . By then few people were queuing .wish they are more orgonised. Would not recommend :("
"Having had to use them for the last 7 yrs they are very poor. Would go elsewhere but contract with local doctor. Keep saying can't get some medications, poor service attitude. Some medication comes in drips and drabs so have to keep going back. Suggest you avoid."
