"I was looking to join some friends (a couple) on TUI cruise but wanted to upgrade my cabin to a balcony. As a solo traveller the TUI website doesn't allow you to do that, but Taryn (and Hayley) were fantastic help at this store and processed it all for me. (Btw, this was the third store i had to contact to try and get some help with this). Even though i changed a few bits after our initial meeting, Taryn assisted me with it all with a smile. She even went above and beyond the call of duty when she noticed something wrong with my friends' booking and called them directly to resolve it with them. Top notch service!"
