Reviews
"The therapist themselves, I can find no fault with, they are really good. As for the administration side of things, they are absolutely appalling, no regard for immediate change in circumstances and zero compassion. My advice for you, MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY DETAIL OF EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM. I found myself being ill the morning of my appointment and considering the current climate, I would not have been allowed the surgery doors, I rang to rearrange the appointment, and was told that I would forfeit the €95 fee I had paid and charged an additional €95 for the change of appointment. Hence, read every detail of email correspondence. They require 48 hours notice of cancellation, I did not want to cancel, I wanted to rearrange the appointment, again due to illness as mentioned above, so moral of the story, plan to be sick or you will be ripped off by admin to the amount of €190.00. No compassion, no consideration and considering they are dealing with people who have mental health issues, it's fairly diabolical. Again, could not fault the therapist. There is a lot to be said for private practice. If you can find one. USE THEM INSTEAD!!!!"
