"Made an appointment for a driver medical, clearly stating that it was a Group 2 medical that I needed. Travelled all the way into the city from Meath only to be told by a clearly flustered Dr Dominique that she didn’t do Group 2 medicals, she only does Group 1. Now that’s a level of incompetence I simply was not expecting. Not only did they take a booking for a medical they don’t even do, they couldn’t even let me know before I turned up at the allocated time for the appointment having booked it the week before! Amidst Dr Dominique’s valueless apologies which she proffered at the time, she advised she would get in touch with me and let me know where I could get a Group 2 medical. Shouldn’t surprise you to hear that I heard nothing further from her. I don’t know whether this staggering incompetence extends to Dr Dominique’s medical capabilities but I don’t intend to take the risk of finding out. I would not ever consider using this practice for even the mildest of disorders. Perhaps others have had a more positive experience of The Gallery Medical Centre, but if they can’t get the basics right, that doesn’t bode well for the medical acumen on offer there. Needless to add...can’t recommend The Gallery Medical Centre in any way and I suggest they should be avoided!"
