"This company decides when it does not want to clean your business premises anymore! Very poor un-professional service. The first we knew of them deciding they wouldnt be cleaning our business premises anymore is when our neighbor knocks on our door to deliver an envelope that had been posted through their door. Enclosed was the key and alarm fob to our business premises and a note from the cleaner, advising that it was the last time she would be coming to clean. When we called today (day after New Year’s Day ) to find out what is going on, we were advised we had been sent a letter advising that Spring Clean commercial are no longer cleaning our premises as it not financially viable for them to service the contract (approx £550 a month!) We had not received any letter advising this, but it was argued that we had been sent a letter and that any such lack of receipt of letter was a problem our end! Why would we be calling a month later if we had received a letter? Anyway a letter was sent via email today late afternoon stating the contract would be ending the last day of December 2018! So there we have it, left high and dry by Spring Clean commercial! Obviously they are concentrating on higher value contracts! Which is within thier right! But let our experience be a warning that if your business turns out to be too small and they get larger value premises/contracts to clean then be prepared to have your contract terminated at the drop of a hat! We had numerous issues with invoices and billing at the outset with numerous revisions having to be issued before they were actually correct, we have not had the monthly inspection as described in the service. Overall the cleaning service was acceptable, the client managers Terry and Claire were helpful with any issues but others at the company were far less professional! The rating is for the poor service and business management we have received from Spring Clean Commercial and not a reflection of thier staffs cleaning abilities, which are very good."
