"I just wanted to share a really positive experience that I had with the Property Management team of the Bicester Branch . The other week, I'd reported both a broken bathroom sink and oven. I was really pleased with how quickly it all got turnaround (effectively within a week of reporting it). I was especially pleased with how quickly Kieran had been able to mobilise the plumber, who called the day after the report was placed and was able to arrange a same day visit. Thankfully, he was able to fix it there and then. Similarly, the technician who came later in the week was able to restore the oven on the first visit as well. Great stuff, thanks guys!"
