Currently in a house where nothing works and forced to live in an extremely uncomfortable situation as they won't release me from contract. Do not rent with them."
"Do NOT trust them. If it comes to it they will ignore you and communicate with the landlord only. Emails will go unanswered. The most unprofessional set of crooks I’ve ever experienced. Annabelle particularly caused us a hell of a lot of trouble, put in negative and unnecessary reviews of our house WITHOUT telling us which led to our surprise eviction. It was clear the landlord and EA conspired to remove us and we still don’t know why! Stay clear please as they pretty much ruined our life and we now live an hour from my partners children!!!"

"We are in the process of moving house, so Pontings wanted to schedule viewings of the property we are renting as soon as possible. We both work from home so asked them not to schedule viewings during working days. While we were out on Saturday morning, at about 10.40AM they sent us an email stating there will be a viewing at 11.20AM. No phone call, did not wait for confirmation, and went ahead with the viewing even though we replied to the email asking them to reschedule! We had all paperwork and legal documents laid out in the open, no time to come back and put it away, and they just let themselves in and showed strangers around our home. Very unprofessional and potentially dangerous behaviour, be very careful when dealing with this company."
