We were very impressed that not only the landlord is looked after, but also the tenants (which sadly is not always the case). When the landlord was looking to increase the rent at the end of our six month contract, Natalie and the team pointed out that as the white goods were no longer the landlord’s responsibility and we had only been in the property for six months, that this was a little unfair. Therefore the landlord agreed to extend for another six months, with a view to increase after that. It is refreshing to find an agency that is fair to both parties."
