"I used Carters Estate Agents in Stony to sell my house. From first contact to completion day, the service was professional, friendly, responsive and caring. Dave Webb and Kelly Manser have a wealth of property sales knowledge and guided me throughout. The photographs and brochure were excellent too. There is always someone in the office so no call went unanswered and all my queries were followed up with action and answers. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."

"Really awful. Firstly the agent didn’t turn up to the viewing he had scheduled with us and when we rang the office we were told he was off and no one was aware the viewing was booked. Luckily the office was only round the corner and someone else came to show us round. The next morning we emailed the agent to let him know we were interested in going forward with a tenancy and we had a quick response which suggested to me we were good to go as the email noted he just had to “check a couple of things with the tenant” and would get back to us. Three days later after no answer we rang to chase and were told the property had been let to someone else. Absolutely no transparency - if we were advised in the first instance that other tenants were being considered then we would have carried on looking elsewhere. Or even just letting us know as soon as possible that the landlord had other options and chose another tenant but I really don’t think they would have got back to us if we didn’t ring and chase. I aired my frustrations on the phone and the response initially was “you should always call as these properties go quick”. I think that sums it up really."
