"Really dissatisfied with the recent appalling service from this company. Having used them for years to service my boiler without any problems, I asked them to quote for a replacement oil boiler including a new oil tank and cylinder. 2 staff members came out on 5th May and were here for over an hour to look at what needed doing and took lots of details. 10 plus weeks later, and after chasing them in numerous occasions for the quote, I have just been informed they can’t provide a quote or do the job, as their plumber is off ill! That’s after previously telling me someone would call me back (they didn’t) or the quote was being typed up! What a waste of time. If you don’t want the job or can’t cope with it, be upfront from the start."
