"The service was a disaster. How can you assume arriving in a room that was not cleaned up at all? Towels were wet, the bath gel not refilled, the bed not properly prepared and a glass of beer still in the room. I made the observation a first time and the towels were somehow renewed but not the rest of it. And when leaving the hotel, I only got the assurance from the reception they will pass the message to the housekeeping with no proper apologies. I was here for the work and the hotel was booked by my local entity. Unfortunately, I won't recommend it for next time."
"We had a fantastic stay here last night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the grounds were stunning in the thick frost. Our bedroom was very clean, and newly refurbished, as was the whole hotel from what we could see. We all had 3 courses in the restaurant and couldn’t fault a thing, it was delicious. A special mention to Jake in the restaurant, who was very pleasant and helpful throughout, even though they were so busy. The only thing I could complain about, was the fact that we only stayed for the one night."

"Booked three superior rooms, all three were very basic. The bathroom door handle fell off, the shower towelling mat in one of the other rooms was full of mould. No ventilation in the bathroom. The window area where we were seated for breakfast was filthy, the carpet needed a good vacuuming. I could have had a week all inclusive holiday for the cost of one night here."
