"Absolutely disgusting service!!!Please avoid at all cost! Room was freezing cold, when politely asked for heating to be put on, was told to leave if I did not like it! Shocking! Spitefull comment regarding the price paid for room by company, insinuating a key worker did not meet her high standard ?? Very uncomfortable and dissapointing stay."
