Reviews
"This, for me, is a budget hotel. The price is reasonable for an overnight stay, but do not expect to be wowed. Rooms are a decent size and have all basic amenities expected. Location is on the outskirts of MK, placed next to a motorway service station. The place overall could use a freshen up and, even though not "unclean", it could do with a thorough clean. Staff are helpful though. Overall decent and some value for money."
"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. An absolute nightmare experience. I booked into a hotel because I specifically wanted some peace and quiet as I needed to sleep before a busy and important day. Instead, I was kept awake all night by the person in the next room constantly banging, slamming doors, talking extremely loudly on the phone throughout the night. I was moved to another room which was quieter, but by then my sleep was completely ruined. At around 10am I called reception to reasonably ask if I could have a late check out on the house due to the ruined night of sleep I had, so that I could actually get a couple of hours sleep to make up for it. The person on reception refused my request. He said "I changed your room" indicating that should be enough for me. So I had about 3 hours of sleep, my night and day were ruined because of this hotel. At least he could have given me a late check out to make up for it so I could actually get some sleep. What is the point of a hotel that you can't sleep in? Complete waste of time and money. Awful hotel, terrible reception staff, will never return."
"Dirty. Freezing cold room on check in, one electric heater on the wall that was too loud when turned on to fall asleep. Dirtiest hotel bathroom I experienced in UK. Lots of hair everywhere. No tissues, no soap in either bottle. Dirty hand and glasses, bottles imprints on floors, walls in bathroom. General areas and bedrooms are dirty, let down and need refurb. Terrible. If this is the new Ramada standard I will not choose Ramada ever again. Male receptionist wearing winter coat was too busy on his mobile to notice us walk in to the hotel and approach reception even when we spoke to him, he did not hear us. We asked for a room, he told us to book online. Not interested."
"It was clean and quiet. Rooms were quite small but had everything you needed and really all you want is somewhere to sleep. The evening reception staff were friendly and helpful. The morning staff were friendly. The location is good if it's in the area you want to stay."
"Currently here and have 1 night left to stay. When I walked into the room I just didn’t feel right. It doesn’t look clean, there was like a smell aswell. Spiders webs hoovering up the ceiling .. this confirms that I’ll always use Premier Inn no matter where I go. At least the standard basic room at premier inn is extremely clean. I actually can’t wait to go back home to be honest! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Also this isn’t a hotel it’s more of a motel. It’s a no for me unfortunately."
