"We have used this hotel several times over last few years. We experienced outstanding customer service by all staff but particularly front desk team. Well appointed, air conditioned rooms and usual Marriott standard facilities e.g room-service, trouser-press and access to mini fridge. Good efficient lounge area and bar-service. Added value include spacious, accessible free car park and two fast lifts to upper floors. They recently re-branded to "Delta Hotel by Marriott" however there appears to be no change to service or facilities, if anything, things look fresher and staff more sharper !"
"Stayed last weekend. The staff were very friendly. Great pool and spa. I had a minor issue with the food, but the barmaid kindly offered me a glass of wine to compensate Great staff and I had a lovely room"
"Being a contractor got the usual looked down the nose attitude as soon as we walked in by reception staff and told there is a £100 deposit required per room after rooms were booked and paid for by our company. There was no mention of this to our company when they booked I,m not really sure what they thought we were going to do. Maybe it was the hi vis clothing that didn't fit in with their dress code iv no clue. Rooms are not really spectacular for the money . But are comfortable probably wouldnt book a Marriott again"
