"Do not depend on zurich breakdown assissance to help you in an emergency. There are other reliable customer focussed companies who give reliable professional service, They have no system in place to keep records of breakdowns calls or give follow up on calls & your breakdown will easily get lost in the inefficient system at shift changes aa happened to me. They left me 3hrs on a freezing January eve without attendance or any information or update calls despite having promised they would update me. I needed to get my car to the nearby garage by 5pm or an update before my garage closed who would see me following morning otherwise. Zurich advised they would contact me within that time of the best action as the garage will wait 30 mins or so if I am on the way. 3 hours later at 6 30 pm no call out, no onine calls or texts from zurich.The call wasn't followed up at the shift change staff & no one had a clue. After speaking to a very argumentative staff who was more interested in arguing than offering any help, he threatened to cancel the call unless I allow my car be towed to a garage in another county as he is was nt responsible for the lack of follow up or failed communication in the company & totally disinterested in my situation. Appauling service & zero interest in finding solutions or helping or trusting customers word but challenging "was I being truthful" Will not be renewing with this company AA membership is superior & first class by comparison & this is my ,first & last time to use zurich useless alternative."

"Credit where credit is due, the staff are brilliant. Been in touch with them a few times over the last few weeks, everyone is beyond helpful, even last Friday when I was on the phone after 6:30pm to Jason, who did not rush me off, took his time to make sure everything was sorted before the call ended. Stayed back late on a Friday evening, and was so pleasant throughout."

"No responses from the claims team. They literaly don't care about you. Been waiting for 3 months for my claim with no resolution. Sent them about 4-5 emails in the last 3 weeks with no answer. When I call them there is always a person that does not have information that picks up - they always end the call by saying that I will be contacted but that never happenes. This company sole purpose is to take money from people without ever giving them liability - this should be illegal !"

"Simply outrageous! I have an outstanding balance of 20€ to pay. I am trying to call them but no one picks up the phone. I’m also writing them emails that I want to pay and asking to phone me back, however, no one is replying to these emails. Today I just received an email saying that the insurance will be cancelled. Are these people for real?"
