"I was late few minutes with two children. We were the last appointment and the optician was still there for more than half an hour, chatting and doing her paperwork. She refused to see us. It was still 55 minutes till closing. They are not motivated to do any business. I couldn't find parking, difficult if you are not local. Other staff were friendly but not worth to visit if it is not your doorstep. I am desperate to make a new pair of glasses for my son as it is broken. Otherwise won't visit again this shop."
