"Receptionist so helpful. Never made to feel a burden. Dr have treated me with thourough respect during investigation. Highly rate this surgery"
"Tryed on Tuesday to get appointment for my mother I have evidence on my phone tryed 100 times to get through all I got was busy line , I gave up drove to surgery was told no appointments , strange as it was only 9am and I swear only 1 man in waiting room ! , I did get a visit appointment for next day . This has to change FAST ."
"Staff are nice but system is extremely poor. Have to call 20+ times to get through to the queue without it saying line busy. Getting an appointment is impossible no matter how bad the problem, doctor calls you eventually, then decides wether you get to see them in person. My mother who is very vulnerable cannot seem to be seen, no matter how much we beg. Was supposed to get an urgent call back...that was three weeks ago. Terrible. Oh...and if you do get seen, it'll be by a different doctor every time so you end up constantly going around in circles. I would like to think they're trying their best but it's really not good enough."
"It's impossible to actually see a doctor. Most appointments are on the phone (if you manage to get through to the reception). I was told most doctors now work remotely (??? What???) COVID is a big excuse as most of us, I'm sure, have gone back to work! Also, they could set-up a much better booking system, for example reserve your place in line when you call. This only works from after 9am I think. 8:30 to 9:00 it's always busy and you have to hang up and redial straight away! The staff is mostly polite but the service is still rubbish"
"So I’ve moved to a different county (Cambridgeshire) and I phoned them to see when I could get all my documents sent over to my new GP, I also put in a query about when my implant was finished cos I was unsure , they said they’d get a nurse to phone me inbetween 1-4… TWO WEEKS LATER!! I got a phone call saying “yes , you are due for your implant to be taken out the next available appointment is the 10th of June” baring in mind this phone call was in March. So I’m now waiting for them to send my new GP all my documents before they can even do anything n I keep kindly explaining to them that the whole reason I was on the implant was because my periods are excruciating and stop me from doing day to day activities and when I was in the implant I had 0 periods. I tried phoning this morning at half 8 and then again at 8:40 and they’re engaged!! Useless and they’re rude"
