"Bought a phone from there it never worked it constantly played up crashed on me couldn't do anything took it back to get another phone had the cheek to charge me an extra 10 for a phone and this one doesn't work either pointless going back to store as the staff clearly ain't got a clue how to run a business worst shop ever and would never recommend this awful place this isn't the first time I have had issues either and it's the store in Swansea, Wales tried to get a refund they was more interested in trying to get me to buy another phone never again am I doing business with this awful company I'm still within my 30 days to get a refund but they don't like refunding they would just rather force u into buying more phones that doesn't work never trust this shop with electrical items as u have always had problems and they never sort it"
