"Gave wrong order via Uber eats, Wouldn’t answer the phone and don’t inform us of a change of product due to other being out of stock. Wouldn’t recommend"
"We visited the Felinfoel store. We followed the sign for extra parking and parked in the spaces provided. Whilst doing our shopping, including ice cream and various frozen products, a delivery lorry pulled in and blocked the additional spaces off completely. When enquired with a member of staff, she said we wouldn't be able to get out for at least 20 minutes. She had an attitude. And told us we shouldn't have parked down there. In the additional spaces, that are signposted, in their car park. So now we are sitting here, ice cream melting (although they did then take it off us and put in a freezer), fridge stuff getting warm. We did ask why they didn't close the additional spaces off if they were expecting a delivery and she said well no one would be able to park and shop. So they have put profits over customers money, and goods, which are now spoiling in my boot. There is also 3 other cars stuck down here, including small children and dogs. This is absolutely crazy. If a delivery is due, they should block off, or at least warn drivers. And the staff member I spoke too should to on a customer service course because they way she spoke to me, and the people in the other cars was diabolical. When questioning, she shouted "do not speak over me" was her response when we were trying to explain the situation. We did try suggesting ideas, like a tannoy announcement explaining a delivery due, or someone standing out front explaining to drivers. Not once was there an apology, just attitude. They said it said in the signs that deliveries come, but I have attached photos of the 3 signs on way in, and as you can see, none of them mention possibly being blocked in for 20 minutes"
"I am shocked by what I witnessed this morning, a young boy was at the till getting his lunch for the day, a meal deal, he was short of the right amount and he asked if he changed the drink would it be cheaper, the cashier replied "I don't know and you need to hurry up as I have customers" in a grumpy manner. I told her that I would pay the remainder, when I got to pay for mine I asked how much I owed and she told me 15p! 15 pence!!! She was rude to a polite young man who was only trying to feed himelsf over 15 pence! Now I understand how you can't do that for everyone but come on how many times does it realistically happen and in the case of a teen in a time where everyone is struggling with money, I will never use this store again out of sheer disgust, I'm just glad I was there to help him! Her rudeness towards him is what got me most"
"Very disappointed with the experience. The cashier was very grumpy and also ignored the requests of other customers. She also didn't offer a receipt and charged us double the price for a meal deal when it was on an offer. The layout of the shop is horrible and very confusing. You have to go through very narrow aisles trying not to bump into people as you go through the overpriced stock. Also the carpark is very awkward to get in as you don't have room to manoeuvre. They have no place to lock bicycles and almost everything is covered in plastic! This is absolutely unacceptable especially for a company that is trying to be more sustainable! If there was an option to rate it as 0 stars I definitely would."
