"What a lovely out-of-town supermarket! Huge car park. Very spacious shop, wide aisles, high ceilings, not too noisy. Great range of foods, especially ready to eat healthy snacks, such as pick-and-mix salads. A great alternative to Tesco's for an occasional shop, but I suspect Tesco is a bit cheaper. I'll take notes next time."
"I've been coming to morrisons as a child and now an adult. The cafe has failed miserably. It's really gone down hill. Service is extremely slow amd not enough staff out front, tables full of empty plates and trays. Food has gone down hill also. I ordered a child's breakfast and the toast was literally a crust that comes from around the bread. He had a tea spoon of scrambled egg which was like rubber. My husband had a breakfast also and his toast was burnt and egg undercooked. The next time we came they were so behind on orders that they closed the kitchen and staff from supermarket came to help clear tables. Whilst the managers sat chatting. The food is bad and the service is no better. They need to get a good team behind them to turn things around"
"Empty shelves, Shelves not being restocked Big Containers in the Isle full of food with not enough workers to stock the shelves. Some prices have more than doubled in the last few months. Out of date products are spotted on shelves. Big queues at checkouts. This store was excellent, it has gone downhill over the last couple of years with not enough staff and poor management."
"Sadly this Morrisons is well below par of many I have been too, Bakery is hit and miss of what's available, meat selection is far less than others and very often special offers are displayed wrong. Today the freezer counters where misty so unable to see anything, also suggesting they where off overnight so what's the condition of the food? I like Morrisons but the Shrewsbury branch needs a serious upgrade."
