"Ordered of here at 2.00 and it said it would be here in between 14.45 and 1500 didn't turn up at that time then when I've phoned up the person on the phone said 10,15 minutes still didn't turn up then I saw the car drive past my house and then drove off and then I phoned and they kept telling me the same thing over and over again it is now 16.00 and it still hasn't turned up Would not recommend using this place, absolute disgrace"

"Grandads is an absolute nuisance in the neighbourhood. They are disrespectful and inconsiderate with their vehicles coming and going at all hours, and constant foul language. Appalling business conduct with bullying tactics these people 'try' to intimidate the local community. The desperate reviews (hoping to claw back business from the pits) come from employees (???) and inside sources. Blatant corruption and dodgy dealings for years, attracting nothing but Anti-social behaviour. Notorious fraudsters who obviously use the shop as a cover. Should have been shut down years ago. They have been exploiting the vulnerable for far too long!"
"Won't attempt to use again. Can't see inside or outside which deters and is not welcoming. Male staff have an intimidating presence. Appears too many staff to man a corner shop. Cameras all up the street and watched as you come and go. Not friendly at all. Just felt weird."
