"Booked a taxi well in advance on the app to get me to work in the rain. The time comes around and there's no taxi. I phone up and get an extremely unhelpful, unapologetic woman who just keeps repeating "it's on its way" while I try to explain that because it is already late I am already going to be late for work. She did not care and made no apologies whatsoever. The taxi arrived 10 minutes late (not the drivers fault it turns out, completely to do with the organisation in the office) which meant we got stuck in traffic on the High Street and I was over 15 minutes late for work. Caused me a lot of stress and frustration. Atrocious customer service and would not trust them again. I'll be using another taxi service in future."
