"If I could give a zero star I would. I booked a cab at 3pm, three hours before I needed it (7pm). It never turned up! When I phoned the office, I was told the cab was not going to turn up and they should not have taken the booking!! Shockingly bad."
"I asked for a taxi at 10:40, at 10:20 the taxi driver called me and told me that he had arrived in front of my house , I told him that he came early and that I was not ready, he left and did not come again, at 10:40 I called the taxi driver and he told me that he could not come, I called and asked for another taxi, they told me that they send immediately, it never came, when at 11 o'clock I called to complain because I missed my appointment, they told me "I'm busy, you are wasting my time". Will never use this company again."
"Poor and not professional service I did ordered day before Taxi but never coming. That was Sunday. I did call one hour after expecting time of arrival I just get answer "sorry is Sunday and covid time so we have only 50% drivers, you neesd find some local service. NOT RECOMENDED"
