"I cannot thank all the A&E and AAU staff today for their absolute kindness and compassion when my mum had the misfortune of having to be there today. To you all it’s just another patient, but to me it’s my mum, my rock, my best friend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You all are amazing!"
"My daughter regularly visits orthodontist there. We never waited for our appointment more then few minutes. Doctors and assistants are so nice! Thank you for your hard work"
"Took a baby with almost 40 degree fever and stayed 9 hours not to be seen. With the scarlet fever crisis, I thought they would at least make sure that another child life is not at risk. The good news is that 2 nurses were there spending a lot of time behind the desk chatting."
"The 2 nights of December 10 & 11 I spent in this Hospital, and I am impressed favourably with the treatment received. From the 2 paramedics who spent a couple of hours at my home late Friday 9th, then took me into the Hospital, through the many levels of care and skills from medical Staff, right through to Discharge Summary document. From Consultant to Cleaner , they all as a team contributed to my welfare in a manner for which I am grateful. Thank you Everyone."
"We took my 3 yo child to the A&E, last weekend after a bad fall. The doc that visited her was really superficial, didn't check her properly , just made her do some movements with her arm and sent her back home with ice pack ( ours) and paracetamol, despite the child was complaining for the pain. Few days have passed and the situation got worse. My child couldn't move the arm and was complaining constantly for the pain on her shoulder. We took her back, and after more hours waiting, this time they decided to do more deep investigation ( x-ray) and found out she broke her collarbone. If the first doc would have done the job properly, my child would have been spared by pain and possibly repercussions on her health."
