"Unfortunately I experienced a very rude member of staff this evening. She was blocking the isle and I politely said, "excuse me please" the lady never spoke just looked at with me with disgust as she moved the trolley she was using. I walked past but I turned and approached her and said she was quite rude. She asked why, so I told her how she was impolite not to speak or acknowledge that I had spoken to her, she argued back and asked what I expected her to do. I suggested she could of acknowledged me and spoke. She just looked at me. No apology, just rudeness. My one star rating is purely based on this one member of staff."
