"Had a few issues with this store but today I went in and saw some shampoo and conditioner on offer at £2.60, when I got to the till it came up at £4.75..I questioned the person on the self checkouts at the time and she said it was not that product that was on offer and that it was put there incorrectly, the shelf was quite full of it too and the ticket description matched the product exactly except the assistant said it was the wrong barcode...to me as a customer the number on the barcode does not mean anything! If the ticket and the description of the product matches then I think I should of got it at that price?! If the ticket stated something different then fair enough but the description was accurate for that product! It's a terrible store for customer service they just like to be right and the customer wrong!! (Thursday 30th July at 11.30am self checkouts winsford cheshire store)"
