"Sadly we are really disappointed with Kandu. We first visited the showroom in April 2022 and the designer came to our house to plan our new bathroom. Although we said we weren't in a hurry, it wasn't until August when we finally got the design sorted and returned to the showroom to choose all the fixtures, flooring and tiles. We were told that we would receive the cost within the week. And we never heard back from them again, despite our emails. Not a word to say that they couldn't complete our bathroom after all, or would have to postpone us ... Nothing! So now we have to start again and find a new company - 11 months after our first visit to Kandu."
