"Just an update small tescos has opened its toilets finally...Tescos is Tesco not much to say apart from closing the toilets is a joke, sorry all because they get misused now people like me that rely on toilets due to medical reasons but it does not stop the staff from using them."
"This store is staffed by some of the most beautiful and caring souls. Today Thursda 05/01/2023 I visited to pick some bits, I had a quick chat with Leon. Chris'was stacking the freezers and waved, then I went to pay for my purchases at Paul till, Kerry and Nikki were at tills either side and both said hello. At Kerry's till was a customer I know who told me of the loss of her husband, Paul wrote down the details of the funeral whilst I spoke to my friend. Then I was waved at by Eamon and another staff member. I have come home and thought how lucky we are to have such beautiful people who brighten your day. Thank you all of you for being so good up some"
"Its a big superstore open until midnight weekdays and open early in the morning. You can buy just about everything. It has recently undergone a makeover and the clothes area is bigger. There are easier, less high, shelving for household goods, like bedding, crockery, design pieces. Has a chemist open until 9pm which is very handy. Staff are helpful throughout the store. Disabled people may need to take extra care during later hours of opening, as staff are on the shop floor with the big cages, re-stocking shelves. I use a crutch or crutches if I don't have a trolley and have to be more aware than when I use the trolley to shop with. If you have a Tesco Clubcard, you can get some great offers on prices."
"What a massive disappointment this place is now. Its had some changes and not for the better, it's a complete shambles. The amount of smaller trolleys for elderly people is miniscule and quite frankly ridiculous considering it is mostly older people that use this tesco and the staff well they need some lessons in customer service and if you insist on throwing the shopping down the checkout at a 80 year old woman with disabilities then I think you need to consider getting helpful packers."
"Not a bad Tesco for a town centre. Bigger than usual ones and has a wide variety but not everything a big Tesco would have but most things. Luckily there is a large Tesco not far from the town centre of Macclesfield. Just located towards the bypass. This Tesco also has a Toilet inside near the self service machines which is nice if you just need to go to the toilet when you're shopping around the town centre."
