"Friendly staff, good stables, suitable for all ages and levels. We were disappointed with the ride itself, they couldn't offer the usual trail due to a gate being closed. The alternative route we took on the main road was definetly not worth the money payed. Unlucky, I suppose? Some sort of apology or compensation was expected but never came. It would have also been nice to divide the people into different levels for the more advanced riders to enjoy the ride. Just as a suggestion. Hopefully helps to improve the experience of the next visitors taking the horseback riding tour."
"Great place. They do riding lessons and trekking, and the staff are so friendly."
"What a great experience! I could not get over how happy all the little girls were at pony camp when I showed up very early for my private lesson. All the ladies working there had smiles all around, even though it was a very hot day for them and the horses. EVERYONE, even the kids, were extremely hard workers. I was blown away by all the constant motion of wheelbarrowed hay, shovels keeping everything constantly clean, bathing horse after horse after horse. Everyone was constantly busy and no one complained. Even the littles were happy to help take care of the horses and thanked the staff. My first English riding lesson was encouraging and very informative and filled with lots of laughs. Thank you, Paula, for handling all my concerns while keeping myself and my horsey Fred safe. Fred seems to be famous in these reviews. He is a superior horse who also knew he needed to help me out too. The animals are gorgeous, well kept, extremely loved and given loads of attention. Even the kitty and doggies are a joy to see and pet. I would ask the uninformed or uneducated "neighbor Dave" reviewer to stay off my property and mind his own business until he goes to equestrian school. No WiFi and no Ubers but taxis can be called but you'll have to wait some as it isn't a normal taxi hang out lol. They have boots and helmets if you don't have any. You may need sunscreen. Don't come hungry and bring water. There isn't a place for that anywhere nearby. Oh and on the phone, they really worked hard to help me get a ride in today. Coming from Dublin at the last minute on a whim m, and they found a way to make it work whereas other places I called were overwhelmed, would only answer emails, forms online had to be filled out and printed and brought in. Also, if you can come at the end of the day, the parade of horses running up the road to go to bed was breathtaking. Truly majestic."
"We had an amazing experience with my friend. We landed from France in the morning and arrived a little late for a 1 hour hack, rushing the introductions a bit. They lend us shoes and helmets and then showed us our horses. The horses, Cruise and Fred, were great and seemed happy, hay and water at disposal as well as shade. There was one man who was a little grumpy and did not seem to realize we understood him. He was disappointed that my friend was more on the beginner side. He ended up not coming with us thankfully. On the complete opposite, the two teachers, Amy and Lizzie, were absolutely perfect, they really trusted us and treated my friend with her first canters outside. The hack was great, we were able to see landscapes as well as forest trails. Overall I would really recommend this place for a nice hack, we really enjoyed ourselves !"
"My little girl had a wonderful experience here, even though she was a bit nervous at her first lesson she was put at ease straight away. Staff went above expectations and were very generous with time and kindness. Great value for the quality of lesson provided, will most definitely come back very soon."
