Tammy at the branch couldn't be more helpful and has always gone out of her way to get orders to me as and when I need them. If you visit the branch go see Tammy, she will sort anything you need."

"One of the worst experiences dealing with this lot, wouldn't answer the phone or emails to order eventually went in store, got the order places after two failed delivery dates and window fitters waiting they promised refunds for exceptionally poor service, customer services were most unhelpful. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!"
"Product failed under guarantee but these cowboys refused to honour it. Said guarantee belonged to my builder and wasn’t transferable to me ( end user who paid for them!!). Builder has moved overseas so I can’t expect him to fly back to uk to sort this out. So I am apparently now without any support or guarantee on product I paid several £000s for. Worst example of customer service . Avoid at all costs!!!"
