"Do not use this company the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They made 3 supplier errors but would not take responsibility gave us wall tiles when we ordered floor tiles, Sent us the wrong bath and shower screen and then told us this was our wrong doing when we did not order the stock. We were very understanding that mistakes happen so we spoke directly to the manager Karl but were met with no apology and he was very rude slightly aggressive and told us we would need to pay for all the new stock. Never been so let down by a company so much in my life. This new bathroom was a present from grandparents and it has been a nightmare and has really taken the shine off everything."
