"Went to get a mortice lock, wanted some help was told to go to the catalogue section and find it yourself. Then when I asked questions about my account was treated like a child by the same woman. The rude and adrupt lady was called Dawn, needs do get some customer service skills. Went next door to Toolstation and was treated amazingly."
"Ive been to this place Loads of Times and thought it was Good but today ive experience a bad day with one of the Older women Assistant/ manager with no People skills sorry i Dont Know her Name but she was sharp quite Rude and didnt want to help me i took something back and she said we cannot change it because of Legionaires disease and because Water has gone through the Pipe. The flexi pipe was not suitable for My Bathroom and kept leaking this is why i wanted a refund Not Happy with the service this Time so i took my business to Toolstation."
