"Paul helped me to understand that I'd been trying to overcome anxiety in the wrong way. It was nice to realise that it didn't have to be so hard and that I didn't have to keep fighting a losing battle. Along with the sessions I had, I also had emails and texts from Paul to support me on the difficult days and to help me remain focused. If you feel like your anxiety is too much to handle and you don't know what you're supposed to do to feel 'normal' again, give Paul a call and ask for his help. As someone who suffered from PTSD and anxiety, Paul will be able to guide you through recovery - though, be aware that it can take a while, with lots of ups and downs. I also would recommend two books - 'At Last A Life' (by Paul David) and 'Self-help for your nerves' (by Claire Weekes)."
