"I phoned today to get some information on what I thought was a brand new school. The person on the phone was immediately rude and rather than answering my questions, referred me to the website. I explained that it was more convenient for me to call. The person then stonewalled and barely answered my questions. I asked about it being a new school or was it an existing school on a new premises. The person responded with silence, then said is there anything else you’d like to know, having not bothered to clarify anything. The attitude was appalling, especially if this is an institution that purports to teach children how to behave in the real world. I was so shocked by the attitude that I actually just hung up."
