"I came in about a year ago to get my septum pierced. I am only now posting because it has been an uphill battle since then. The lady seemed nice enough but I should've noticed red flags when I was given no form to sign and how painful it was to get pierced. I have a very high pain tolerance and was told by others that since the needle goes through the 'sweet spot', it's virtually painless. However, it wasn't. The lady did not try and find the sweet spot and struggled for a good minute to get the needle through, which signified to me that it was getting pierced in the wrong area. I explained beforehand that if my anatomy allows it, to get the piercing higher up my nose so I can flip it up/back, but I think it was pierced as low as possible. I was unable to flip it back due to how low it was. I tried to flip it up instead, but this was impossible due to the size of the piercing (there was only one size) and where it was pierced. I was also informed to clean it as little as possible which was a little strange. I got my nostril pierced by the same lady and after taking this advice, it got infected quickly (and no, I was sure to not touch it!) The healing was really bad and after contacting a piercing studio in Worthing, and showing images of the piercing, I was informed that it was indeed pierced too low. (through the tough bit of the cartilage). I removed it soon after and got it done at a more reputable place - it was absolutely painless to get pierced and looks fab. The picture below the one of me is how it looks now. (It’s not me but it looks exactly like this) This is nothing personal against the lady who pierced me, perhaps she hasn't done many - but I thought I would share my experience with those looking to get their's done too. You normally get what you pay for. The image above is what my piercing looked like and the image below was what I was aiming for. I feel really bad for posting this considering so many positive reviews, but I felt this had to be shared. Thank you. :)"

"Just wanted to say, big thank you to Tom, for my son first tatoo, very professional and accurate, we loved it, we really enjoyed the friendly service, and atmosphere, amazing work."
"Went to get my belly button pierced and they didn’t use a clamp & used a crayola pen to mark it. Looked okay when it was first done didn’t think anything of it. 3 months later when it’s meant to be healed it’s still painful and infected (yes i did clean it) they pierce it to far apart. I do not recommend!"
