"Went here on Wednesday bought two bits of jewellery one for my tragus & one fo helix the lady charged £39 i asked for her to put them in for me she said would have to come back,when i got home i realised why because they are tiny definitely too small for either piercing annoyed is a under stament daylight robbery."
"I would rate 5 stars for professionalism, however after arriving to my appointment 7 minutes late (8 by the time they refused me) I’ve marked down as a 1 star due to the complete stiffness and patronising spiel I was given on how it effects their business when a customer is late. There was no empathy, no genuine response as to why I was late (things happen!) just a repeat of how it has a knock on effect. For goodness sake, GPS, nurses and dentists/so on even allow 10 mins and this place can’t allow any longer than 5? A suggestion also would be to email your customers the forms in advance that are required to be completed to perhaps allow for a 10 minute delay. Also would save on paper. I was really gutted and disappointed it was my birthday and I had geared myself up for a piercing and was told no chance. There’s a fine line between being professional and arrogant. To hold back the £15 deposit during a cost of living crisis is very harsh."
