"I would avoid especially when shopping online. Despite the impression you get on the website they have a no-exchange policy for online sales. They have a refund only policy. That means if you buy clothes/boots that don't fit when you go to exchange in store they refund your card(which might take a couple of days). They then tell you to re-buy the new item but at store prices which are generally higher than online. So in my case I had to exchange size 12 boots for 13s. They wanted to refund my card for the 12s and then asked me to buy the boots back at the higher store price. I was only told the price was higher when I pressed the issue. They were hoping I would re-buy the boots and not really notice the higher price. I was previously told by email and phone I could call and exchange the boots. For a company that has a no-exchange policy they use the word exchange a lot. But they're only playing word games. You don't get an exchange you get a refund with an option to re-buy usually at a higher price. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Avoid"
"Bought a jacket in November 2022 for a short trip to Finland. When we were over there the jacket fell apart. I called the store when we returned and the lady said to come up and they can exchange. Fair enough. Called into the store and two men on the check out, one named Joey and the other I am not sure of his name but he was the old man, looked at me like I was lying, made me feel like I was trying to scam them. Then proceeded to tell me the jacket was not faulty that my husband bought the wrong size? Jacket was a perfect fit as one of their sales assistance had helped with the search for one. Eventually after not having any more in stock we found a replacement. For the full time we were in store the two men watched us and whispered to one another. Very unprofessional and I definitely will not be returning."
"Most confusing shop ever. Some things have two prices some one some things are members discount and of course then the thing I wanted to get wasn’t on a deal or discount. Staff wondering around trying their best not to help."
"Loads of free parking. Inside the store was messy. It's been a couple of years since I've been in a store and it was a bit confusing. They used to have 2 prices, one was the normal price and the other a members price. Some items had the 2 prices on and some only had 1 price. When I questioned this at the till, I was told they stopped the member pricing around a year ago.......... yet items still have 2 prices on...... a year later. I got frustrated trying to figure out the prices on stuff and ended up leaving without buying anything."
