"Spotless room, lovely bed and fantastic staff. Perfect breakfast and the waitress was wonderful and professional even though we were there at 7am on a Sunday morning. She's a real asset. Such a nice location, lovely walk along the embankment to the town and the lake in the vicinity is lovely. Will definitely return."
"Nice location and friendly staff but the room we are in is not nice. Really considering going home but need to be close for work. The hotel could do with modernization. The room feels like a dank basement, floors are creaky all over so even with the tiptoe signs it's impossible. Not where I'd choose to stay. Beautiful park right on our doorstep and if you're out early you can see the rabbits running around."
"I enjoy staying at Premier ins usually but this was wasn't good at all. The decor really needs updating, it doesn't have the purple mood lighting like all the other ones I've stayed in that makes it feel very homely. There's no plug sockets next to the bed. The HDMI input is broken Bed lamps were ugly and also not working. Tiles in the bathroom were broken. It's just feels very run down and not very inviting. It's a shame because it's in an awesome area! However I would like to add that staff were friendly and the room was clean."
