"Very very unhelpful. No delivery driver even though it was only 10:45 am and I ordered the night before. As the undertakers had already left I asked if they could be sent to the crem instead. I was then told the driver had already left for the day. So the flowers never arrived for the funeral. Gutted"

"Ordered a bouquet for delivery for next day. Helpful staff and the delivery was made by 11am so that was really good. But for £40 (inc £6.50 delivery charge) I was very disappointed in the flowers when I saw a picture of them. Not very well presented and not good value for money with the amount of flowers sent. I asked them to do what they thought, seasonal etc. but not much to show for the amount I spent."
