"Had an evening party for my son here and he had a wonderful time, staff went out their way to help us make his day special. Thank you :)"
"You may need to pre-book as it gets packed during peak times of the year. Its great for the kids and the food/drinks are relatively cheap so it's a good place to take the kids out while you chill & chat :)"
"Half the baby toys don't work, and not cleaned children running around like mad who shouldn't be in the baby area... my baby had nearly had her hand stood on by maybe a ten year old amd a toy kicked at her by 6 year old ...each time I go straight to the parents to deal with there children's behaviour. I have been there 3 times with my 10 month old and the first time was not acceptable my step son had adhd and is being tested for autism and he went down the side and a person who had hearing aids on was walking up the slide my step son knocked her down and the manger went mental at my step son I stated he already said sorry as I heard him say sorry he should not be made to say sorry 2 the manger said she didnt hear and made him cry I said he wasn't in trouble the manger can explain to his dad as I'm not his mum and she's discriminating against my step sons disabilities because there not visible then his dad came and she spoke when my parter began to speak she walked off due to him being in the right. Maybe perfect if you have older children wouldn't advise it for baby's."
"A nice place and a decent sized softplay, there isn't much parking but with Asda across the road it's no problem."
"I would give a zero star review if it were possible. Where to start?! So upon arrival the lady behind the counter had a serious attitude when I asked questions about where everything was (first time never been) like everything was a massive inconvenience. I asked about the sensory room which is on their website to be told that it's only open Mon-Fri in term time as the lady behind the counter told me "all the older kids barge in and ruin it" Great... There is a magnetic gate at the entrance for child protection, this was wide open both when we arrived and when we left. The baby area was a joke. A padded area with toys far too advanced for a 9 month old, older kids bounded in and out whenever they wanted & all the toys were dirty & had batteries. We though we should move to the under 3's area as that at least had a ball pit. The area was strictly "no more than 8 children at any one time" When we got there, it was full of children who were clearly over 3. They were pushing eachother, kicking things at eachother and were completely unsupervised. Plenty of hand sanitizer stations that had instructions but didn't even have the pump attached to the walls. All the parents there were glued to their phones and the staff we're more concerned about gossiping about things than anything. Also most of the staff (barring the reception lady) we're roughly 16-18yrs old. The one positive is that it only cost £3 for the three of us to go & learn never to go back."
